Cattle Bleeding Automatic Conveyor Line
The Cattle Bleeding Automatic Conveyor Line is designed for the bleeding station on a cattle slaughter line.
It uses a forged imitation imported chain with plate chain transmission to provide stable and continuous movement of cattle along the bleeding track.
Combined with galvanized pipe rails and cast steel hangers, the system ensures safety, stability, and high operational efficiency.
Technical Description & Structure
1) Drive & Control
Installed power: 7.5 kW
Variable frequency drive (VFD) allows precise speed adjustment according to line rhythm
Push-plate style conveyor ensures smooth and controlled cattle movement
2) Chain & Transmission
Forged imitation imported chain + plate chain transmission
High-strength, wear-resistant, ensuring stable operation over long-term continuous use
Precisely matched drive components minimize vibration and maintain smooth transport
3) Rails & Hangers
Rails: φ60×4 mm hot-dip galvanized pipe
Rail hangers: cast steel with galvanization
Assembly hangers: φ100 mm, securely hold cattle during transport
High-strength, corrosion-resistant structure suitable for continuous operation in slaughterhouses
Structural Features & Reliability
Push-plate design reduces cattle swaying and improves operational safety
All structural components (chain, rails, hangers) are corrosion-resistant for long service life
Robust overall construction ensures stable operation in medium to large-scale slaughterhouses
Applications
- Bleeding stations on cattle slaughter lines
- Medium to large-scale slaughterhouses and automated line upgrades
- Compatible with downstream stations such as washing, dehairing, and carcass splitting for fully automated line operation
