1) Pneumatic Turning Control

Equipped with one complete pneumatic turning control system, ensuring fast response and stable operation, suitable for continuous production line conditions.

2) Head Restraint & Neck Support

The unit is fitted with a cattle head fixing device to ensure stability during positioning and discharge:

• Dual-cylinder head clamping for secure head restraint
• Single-cylinder neck support to stabilize the neck area

This design effectively reduces animal movement and improves handling safety and controllability.

3) Adjustable Tilting Floor (0–45°)

The bottom floor plate is driven by two pneumatic cylinders, allowing the tilt angle to be adjusted freely within a 0°–45° range, ensuring an optimal discharge angle according to cattle size and process requirements.

4) Side Panel Lifting / Opening Coordination

The side panel is equipped with a pneumatic lifting cylinder, enabling adjustment of the side panel opening position.
By coordinating the floor tilt angle and the side panel opening, cattle can be released smoothly without obstruction, improving discharge efficiency and operational stability.

Structural Design & Reliability

• The bottom floor plate and its supporting structure are reinforced to ensure high rigidity.
• The structure is designed to remain stable under repeated load and impact, ensuring long-term operation without deformation.
